In-Person Stroller Barre

Important information regarding COVID-19 Safety:

ALL clients will be required to wear a face mask covering the nose and the mouth upon arrival and departure. The instructor will remain masked at all times.

-Instructors and clients will receive a digital questionnaire prior to each class for signs/symptoms of COVID19. This form must be filled out and submitted in order to participate.

-Instructor will perform touch-less thermometer reading prior to class. Any temperature reading above 100.4 is considered a fever and the client will be asked to leave.

-Please bring your own mat, water, and resistance band and/or weights if you have them. If not, you are welcome to borrow equipment from us, and we will perform thorough disinfecting before and after use. Resistance bands are available for purchase at the studio as well.

Stroller Barre is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, ļ¬tness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out! Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.
