Important information regarding COVID-19 Safety:

-ALL clients will be required to wear a face mask covering the nose and the mouth upon arrival and departure following CDC and Seward Park guidelines. Once at their cone they can choose to remove the mask. The instructor will remain masked at all times.

-Instructors and clients will receive a digital questionnaire prior to each class for signs/symptoms of COVID19. This form must be filled out and submitted in order to participate.

-Please bring your own mat, water, and resistance band if you have them. If not, you are welcome to borrow equipment from us, and we will perform thorough disinfecting before and after use. Stroller Strides bags are available for purchase including (A resistance band, egg shakers, scarves, Fit4mom mask, hand sanitizer, and other goodies).


Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized! No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.




Barre

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out! Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.


Online Class Studio classes can be live streamed from your home. Don't worry if you can't make the live streaming you will be sent the recorded workout 30 minutes after the completed live streamed workout and will have access to the recording for 24 hours after the live class date/time.



Body Boost (HIIT)

Combining cardio, strength, core, and meditation, Body Boost™ is the perfect workout for mom’s mental and physical health. Body Boost™ is a 60-minute results-based, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to challenge, empower, and energize, leaving Mom feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.

Body Ignite is a one-stop body shock. Targeting each and every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar, this strength-training class will leave you stronger and more energized. This easy to follow strength-based program will increase your metabolism, your athleticism, and your ability to lift, lunge, push and pull everything life throws at you! It is an excellent complement to Fit4Baby, Body Back and Run Club and is open to all fitness levels and those with special considerations.

Cardio, Strength, & Core Restore is a full-body 45-minute workout with a focus on restoring our core. This class will include low and high-impact cardio burst, strength and balance exercises, a core restore section, and a meditation to refresh the mind.

HIIT and Body Boost enthusiasts, join us for a new class format, Body Boost Plus (Advanced HIIT). This class is meant to be for those who like their intensity high and their cardio breath-taking. If you've been doing Boost for a while and are looking for a challenge, this class is likely the right fit for you. We class will move at a faster pace and will incorporate many different formats on different days, such as AMRAP, Tabata, EMOM, etc. There will be less modifications and regressions offered in this class, however, as always, participants are encouraged to execute moves at the intensity levels they feel are appropriate for their bodies on any given day.

Have you always dreamed of crossing the finish line of a race, but aren't sure where to start? Are you unsure of how to get back into running after having a baby? Are you a seasoned runner wanting to increase your pace or mileage?

Run Club is for all ability levels, no experience required. Our certified FIT4MOM South Seattle Run Club Coach Meghan will guide you through your training, helping you safely build and improve your running skills through accountability and support.

Our 8-week Run Club session includes:

  • An individualized weekly training plan, that will periodize your training so you build-up your mileage gradually
  • Digital Run Club Resource Guide that includes education and information to support your in your training
  • Informative emails discussing running-related subjects, such as proper form; hydration/fuel; shoes; stretching; injury prevention
  • Regular check-ins from your coach to keep you accountable
  • A private closed WhatsApp group for all participants
  • Weekly stretching and conditioning exercises provided to help enhance and support your training
  • A supportive community of other Run Club women to encourage, motivate you, and cheer you on
  • A "Finish Line" In-Person or Virtual race to conclude the session after Week 8
  • Weekly, In-person Run Club meets on Sunday mornings at 8:15am in Seward Park.

Connecting to your core in pregnancy, through delivery, and postpartum $75Purchase required to enroll

This four-session workshop is for any pregnant person who wants to gain working knowledge of the pelvic floor and core muscles, learn how to engage and strengthen those muscles in every stage of pregnancy, master the mind/muscle/breath connection required to more easily push a baby into this world, and feel confident in what movements are both safe and necessary immediately following birth in order to recover core and pelvic floor function.


Studies show that people who exercise their pelvic floor and core muscles regularly throughout their pregnancy and immediately after, experience reduced occurrence of both pre and postnatal incontinence, have more efficient and comfortable deliveries, spend less time in the pushing phase of delivery, experience reduced risk of long term Diastasis Recti, and recover both pelvic floor and core function more quickly after delivery. This series is beneficial no matter where you are in your pregnancy, or what plan you have for delivery. The techniques we will learn are applicable and beneficial for people in any stage of pregnancy, as well as both vaginal and cesarean births.

Our Village

Free Run Club Meetup Free

Members, friends, neighbors and running enthusiasts! Join us every Wednesday at 6:15pm starting May 19 for a group run! We will run a different 3 mile route each week, though the distance can be tailored to fit your needs. Strollers are welcome, as are partners, friends and family members of all genders. Run the whole way or enjoy the route while walking! Drop-in basis and open to the public. Meet at our studio on the corner of Beacon Ave. S. and S. Graham St. But please enroll through our website if you can so we can send you email updates as needed! Our Meet-up Captain Rosalind can't wait to see you there!


Runners will be asked to either run with a mask or maintain 6 feet of distance while running.

Shelly Myers is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with specific expertise in training prenatal and postnatal women. Rachel Garcia is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Women's Fitness Specialist. Through a 30-minute free consultation, Shelly or Rachel will be able to listen to you, your specific considerations and goals, and formulate a plan that is just right for you. Whether you prefer to meet with her once for a one-hour assessment and training session, or sign up for four or eight sessions in order to meet larger goals over time, she will be thrilled to work with you!
