Body Well

Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week session includes two HIIT workouts per week, 2 individual personal training sessions, 2 individual nutritional coaching sessions, recipes + meal planners, and weekly email focuses and check ins to keep you accountable and help motivate you.

Our 8-week session includes:
  • 2 Body Boost (HIIT) classes per week. Choose any two Body Boost HIIT classes per week to attend.
  • 2 Personalized training sessions (1hr)and 2 nutrition coaching sessions (30min) to meet your SMART goals
  • Weekly check in (texts/emails) to keep you accountable and motivated.
  • Digital resources with nutritional and wellness information, including seasonal recipes
  • Body Well journal that includes weekly reflections, challenges, and meal-planning resources and routines
